They’ve added evaluations on cities by count of blockchain startups, the number of crypto funds, newly-made blockchain companies from the past 120 days and the health of the employment market.

It is not surprising that San Francisco and New York are topping the list of the top 20 best cities for US blockchain jobs. Both cities are thriving in the IT industry, with a lot of talent coming from top universities and great capital markets.
Both cities are considered as desirable places to live and the high point of people’s careers. Boston, Chicago and Los Angeles are completing the top five, which is also predictable. These cities also offer great perspective and potential.
A pleasant surprise, were cities like Austin, Portland and Nashville, which showed that the industry is expanding rapidly. Eight of the cities for US blockchain jobs are in the Bay Area, which is not surprising.
They have become a great place for the development of technology companies, so it was obvious that blockchain companies would choose the area, considered to be the most developed technology ecosystem.
